The SEN-HZ43WA water flow sensor, available from G-TECH , is designed to seamlessly integrate into your water line. This sensor employs a pinwheel mechanism to meticulously measure the volume of liquid passing through it. The pinwheel is equipped with a small magnet, and on the opposite side of the plastic tube, there's a Hall effect magnetic sensor. This sensor accurately tracks the number of rotations the pinwheel makes through the plastic wall. This innovative approach ensures that the sensor remains protected and dry, even while functioning effectively in a wet environment.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:3/4 Inch Water Flow Sensor SEN-HZ43WA
The sensor itself is very simple inside; there is a small flapper wheel that spins as water flows past. A magnet on the flapper wheel triggers a hall effect sensor which sends a momentary pulse down the output wire with each revolution. Knowing that there are 450 pulses per liter, we can then determine the flow rate over time or the total volume that has passed.
