Leadshine DMA860E Stepper Motor Drive





The Leadshine DMA860E Stepper Motor Driver is an advanced digital microstep driver designed for high-power and high-precision motion control applications. It supports control modes PUL/DIR and CW/CCW, making it compatible with most PLCs, motion controllers, and CNC systems.
With a wide input voltage range of 18–80 VAC or 24–110 VDC, the DMA860E offers flexibility for various industrial power environments. The driver delivers adjustable output current from 1.0A to 7.2A, configurable via DIP switch or software, enabling efficient control of medium to large stepper motors.
The DMA860E supports microstepping from 400 to 51,200 steps per revolution, providing smooth motion, reduced noise, and minimal vibration. Its pulse input frequency up to 200 kHz ensures accurate positioning even at high speeds. The built-in adjustable vibration smoothing technology improves system stability and enhances motor performance.
