The Leadshine 3DM580S 3-Phase Digital Microstep Drive is an advanced stepper motor driver engineered for high-performance motion control applications. Built with Leadshine’s state-of-the-art digital control technology, the 3DM580S delivers exceptional reliability and smooth motor operation. It accepts a 20–50 VDC input voltage with a maximum pulse input frequency of up to 500 kHz, enabling rapid and precise positioning.

This driver features adjustable output current from 0.5 A to 8 A (peak), configurable via DIP switches or software, and supports multiple microstepping resolutions up to 51,200 steps per revolution, resulting in ultra-smooth motor movement, significantly reduced vibration, and low motor heating.

It supports both PUL/DIR and CW/CCW control modes, making it highly compatible with common CNC controllers, PLCs, and motion control systems. With configurable control smoothing and protections against over-voltage, over-current, and short circuits, the 3DM580S ensures stable, reliable performance across applications.
